यूनिववर्सिटी ग्रांट्स कमीशन (UGC) ने असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर की नियुक्तियों के लिए जो नियम तय किए हैं उसमें पीएचडी गेमचेंजर तो साबित होगी ही लेकिन यूजी और पीजी डिग्री के नंबर भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएंगे। नए रेगुलेशन के बाद यूनिवर्सिटी और काॅलेजों में असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर की भर्ती के दो स्टेप हैं। पहला इंटरव्यू के लिए शाॅर्टलिस्ट और दूसरा इंटरव्यू। भर्ती के लिए जो एप्लीकेशन आएंगी उन्हें जिस नियम के तहत शाॅर्टलिस्ट किया जाना है वो बेहद मुश्किल बना दिया गया है। इन दिनों जो भी भर्ती प्रक्रिया चल रही है वो इन नए नियमों पर ही हो रही है। यूनिवर्सिटी में असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर के इंटरव्यू के शाॅर्टलिस्टिंग नियम- यहां क्वालीफिकेशन के लिए प्वाइंट निर्धारित किए गए हैं। इंटरव्यू के लिए ऐसे चुने जाएंगे केंडिडेट इंटरव्यू के लिए कुल 100 प्वाइंट के स्कोर पर मार्क किया जाएगा। इसमें 80 प्वाइंट एकेडमिक, 10 प्वाइंट रिसर्च पब्लिकेशन और 10 प्वाइंट टीचिंग एक्सपीरियंस के होंगे। यहां सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात ये है कि एकेडमिक के 80 प्वाइंट में पीएचडी और एमफिल दोनो को अधिकतम 30 प्वाइंट मिलेंगे। जेआरएफ नेट सेट तीनों को...
